I have now had my S1000 XR TE for about 4 weeks and I just wanted to say a massive thanks to the team and in particular Owen for their help in deciding to get the right bike and for their patience whilst I was debating the best options.

I’m absolutely loving the bike, it’s perfect for me and I find it a real pleasure to ride. The service from first walking in to riding out with the bike was first class. Already looking forward to popping over in the next few weeks to get the 600 mile service done and tell you guys all about the experience so far. And yes Alex, Julia is going on the back tomorrow 😃.

Just purchased a bmw s1000rr from Wollaston. I bought the bike at a distance so didn't have the opportunity to view the bike in person. I asked for a person video and in particular to identify any marks in the paintwork, Owen done the video presentation which was very good and detailed. All round a very professional dealership and in particular thanks to Owen for making the purchase run smoothly.

I started my bike riding/ownership experience 12 months ago. At the time was yet to hold a bike license but wanted to find the perfect bike for me in preparation. I dealt with DAVID MILNES, of whom I can only describe as FANTASTIC. He helped me find the perfect bike for me. He has provided so much help and guidance and nothing was too much trouble. I passed my Test in December 2021 and subsequently ordered the bike. Last week I collected the bike and can now say I am the proud owner of a BMW F850 GSA. I spoke to DAVID probably 50 times in the last year and he's probably now glad to see the back of me, but unfortunately he will continue to see me as I was always made to feel so welcome, almost part of the family/furniture. He is so knowledgeable and his customer service is 2nd to none. At no point did he ever try to "sell" to me. He listened to me and to what I wanted. There was never any pressure. He has truly cemented what will hopefully be an ongoing BMW relationship. I would also like to thank ROB, his sales manager - again who has been very helpful and updated me continually on the progress of my order. And finally JACK - in the parts/servicing/equipment department. All 3 have made the last 12 months a very enjoyable journey throughout and would definitely recommend DAVID, ROB and JACK (and in fairness to the whole WOLLASTON TEAM). My expectations are high and they have all exceeded my expectations - here's to buying another bike from you, DAVID, in the not to distant future - just need to get some miles under my belt on this one first. Professional service with a friendly face. Highly recommend if you want a service or repair or are looking for a new or used motorbike . Fixed my motorbike on short notice I would have been stuck for going to work so they really helped me out . Also they serviced my motorbike and fitted panniers previously , both were perfectly carried out . The service team are brilliant thanks.

I have bought two motorcycles from Wollaston. Thanks to Stuart and Robert in sales I managed to find and get the bike I wanted. Superb service, it is a pity I do not live close by to have my bike serviced there as well. This dealership sets the standards in my opinion on customer service.

Lovely experience buying and collecting my new bike from them. David Molnar was polite, attentive and provided the best experience/service I could have asked for. While Charlie the manager was hands on, even took part in the Citnow Video sent to me of the Bike available on site. I had purchased my car from BMW Wollaston in March 2021 and service then was lovely, they have gone and improved on something which was already awesome.
