John Pinkerton Canal Cruises

A lovely birthday trip out.
We booked a canal cruise for my mum birthday as she loves being on the water.
When we arrived we parked on the road although there is a free car park just round the corner. A short walk gets you to Colt Hill Wharf where the boat departs from.
Once on board all of the seats (tables) are labeled with the booking name so everyone is assured of a seat.
The trip we were on when East along the canal and lasted about 3 hours in total. A great, very relaxed 3 hours.
On board there is a toilet, bar and snack food.
Highly recommended.

Found this trip last minute and managed to get on it in time. A lovely relaxing trip along the canal. We stopped at the old thatch and millenium barn for their open garden day. Wandered around this lovely garden and had tea with delicious cake to keep us going😁. Then it was back on the boat for the meander back.

We had such a wonderful day today. There is a lovely picnic area near the meeting spot. It really is a beautiful way to explore the canals. Great day out for the family.

The experience was brilliant. The response to our booking request was in minutes. The two gentlemen on the day were just amazing. They were volunteers and clearly love what they do. Wonderful day out.

Fantastic morning out. We saw 2 kingfishers which made our day. Staff ate very friendly and can tell you the history of the canal.

Good website,sadly couldn't get on the kitty boat while we were in woking as fully booked and no ones running till Nov 12th so next year will try again keep my boy happy.
