Rutherford's Punting Cambridge

An absolutely must-do experience (specially if the weather is good). The seven of us (4 adults + 3 kids) absolutely loved it.
A massive shout-out to Pip - his knowledge, energy and good humour made an already amazing tour even more enjoyable!

We had a great time on the punting tour. The boats were nice, clean, and comfortable.
I didn't catch the name of our guide but he was brilliant.
I would definitely recommend the boat ride, it was relaxing, especially as we had been walking a while.

Booked through Rutherford's for a proposal punting experience. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Our chauffeur on the river 'Pip' was brilliant and made us feel really relaxed. It was a magical experience and they advised on when and where I should propose....and thankfully she said Yes!
I would fully recommend these for anyone looking for a relaxing trip down the river Cam. We will be back again to enjoy the beautiful scenery.

John was a great tour guide! He made the journey pass by in a flash (perhaps a little too quickly haha). He told us interesting tidbits and was able to answer our questions. Would definitely recommend!!

Our trip with John was wonderful. We loved it and had a lot of fun. We were alone and he let us drive the boat for a while. He also told us many interesting anecdotes about the city. For the price of the ride (it is the cheapest punting I found) I would repeat every minute of our trip without hesitation

Loved our experience with Rutherfords. Booked last minute on the train to Cambridge. Found it no problem. They had a nice new PFD for our kiddo. The boats were very nice and by comparison to the other outfits on the Cam seemed the best in town. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable and we had a great time.
