Nice trip. Enjoyed a relaxing river barge trip. From Burscough With afternoon tea. ... just wished it was longer. But would go again in the summer months

We had a lovely afternoon tea cruise. The food was great and Mark was an excellent guide, very knowledgeable and interesting to listen to. The boat was just right and you didn't feel on top of each other. Would definitely recommend it. We be do it again. Thank you so much

We can not praise this whole experience enough! The host was informative and very kind to us after we arrived slightly late. Food was wonderful, a small select group of lovely people shared the cruise and the whole evening was most enjoyable. Beautiful countryside and wildlife and a host who went above and beyond to make the experience so perfect. A trip we will never forget!

A very pleasant afternoon cruise with a very well informed Captain/ Guide. The afternoon tea was fine, but the scones needed more jam. It would nice for those of us who drink coffee, if packs of ground coffee as used in some hotels, or coffee bags were available rather than instant coffee to which I'm allergic...and I don't drink tea, either.
Highly recommended tour and would definitely go again.

This is the 2nd time myself and family have sailed with Mark. Excellent knowledgeable guide who got us involved in steering the canal boat and opening and closing locks. Afternoon tea was plentiful and delicious. The attached picture is afternoon tea for 2 and our table for 4. A most enjoyable cruise, thoroughly enjoyed by all 4 of us

We had a lovely cruise with afternoon tea today , party of 6. Food was good quality , pre ordered drinks as expected aswell as a drink on arrival which was unexpected and pleasantly received. Our 7 Yr old even got to pilot the boat! The skipper was really knowledgeable on local history and the whole experience was superb.

What a lovely trip. Friendly captain full of interesting nuggets of local historical information made the trip enjoyable. The afternoon tea was delicious and the perfect portion. Highly recommended.

Great afternoon out! Very peaceful trip on the canal. Mark was friendly and knowledgable . Because it was quiet we got to have a go at the locks and even steering! Will definitely book again!
