Awesome experience on the boat, its only for 30 Min and for 7 quid per head . amazing view of the castle form the water and also the audio playback with the history of the castle and emphasis on the top spots and its history are being broadcasted in the boat for riders. The grew is young and very kind ... they helped us with our baby stroller up and down the boat which was very kind of them.

Really good experience. Great views and smooth ride. Friendly and efficient crew. Interesting commentary - just enough detail and very clear without being too loud. Highly recommended and good value too.

Had a lovely half hour boat trip past Conwy Castle through the bridges. The road bridge, Thomas Telford Suspension bridge and the rail bridge. The cruise then went out towards the mouth of the river with views to the Great Orme and Snowdon Mountain range and passing the 400 berth Marina.

There is enclosed inside seating with great viewing windows. At the rear of the boat is a small open area for standing.
The crew were all very friendly and particularly helpful if required. There are drinks and a few snacks to purchase onboard. There was a safety message at the start with good information. This was a lovely trip and a great way to see the countryside and views from a different perspective.

Turned up and paid on the day. Souvenir shop to browse whilst waiting to board. Lots of good information whilst cruising. Very good experience. Very informative and enjoyable cruise.

Well worth the 30mins out of your day! Safe and relaxing. Great way to see Conway, the cable walls and harbour! Great for families!!!

Phoned ahead to check dogs were allowed. Easy to purchase tickets on the day at the boat. My dog refused to walk the board walk to get on, the boat crew handled it perfectly and sugessted taking her near the entrance and jump up and in which she did straight away. Very knowledgeable and patient. The boat ride itself was very pleasant and the whole family enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend if you are ever in Conwy.
