Flux Body Piercing Studio

I can not recommend Flux body piercing studio enough. The girls are amazingly friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Every encounter I had with the studio was absolutely flawless from their speedy email response, to speaking on the phone to book my appointment to the appointment itself. I traveled a fair distance to get to the studio and was not disappointed. The girls are all such beautiful people. Can’t wait to get my next piercing booked in!!

I already love Flux, but today I went in and lovely Torreya changed my jewellery for me because one of my piercings had become angry, not the fault of Flux, just hot weather and potentially my new hot tub 😬 sorry ladies!
We changed a beautiful baguette labret for an even more beautiful ring which will hopefully allow it to breathe a bit more and be happier. Torreya was amazing! It’s been bleeding on and off for a few weeks now and today had a full on meltdown but there was no pain and it already feels better.

Very rude and poor customer service. Was sold the wrong size earring which was too small by the shop assistant and it was entirely her fault and when I went back to return it I was told I couldn't have my money back by the condesending manager who tried to fob me off several times about the size. I ended up having to pay more by buying a bigger earring. I asked if I could have some discount as it was their fault but she blankly said no! She was extremely rude. I will not be going back there again. Also, the calling of everyone angel in every sentence is tiresome and patronising!

My niece was getting a piercing unfortunately the first appointment she had forgotten her ID, so they booked her another appointment she had made an error on the form.
My niece was then patronised and humiliated in the mistake she had made all the while being called my angel, over and over again and told that they will not be piercing her and to go else where and condescendingly given her deposit back. Which she was told she was lucky to be getting it back.

Really friendly and professional staff, guide you through the piercing and keep you calm and relaxed as they go. Would definitely recommend and go back

I have been coming to Flux for all my piercings for many years now. It has a relaxed atmosphere and with knowledgeable friendly staff that help keep you comfortable getting pierced. They also provide you with good understandable aftercare information.

I went for my nose piercing on Saturday and had such a great experience that I returned 3 days later to get my ear pierced. Very friendly, professional and talk through everything. 100% recommend!

I would rate 5 stars for professionalism, however after arriving to my appointment 7 minutes late (8 by the time they refused me) I’ve marked down as a 1 star due to the complete stiffness and patronising spiel I was given on how it effects their business when a customer is late.

There was no empathy, no genuine response as to why I was late (things happen!) just a repeat of how it has a knock on effect.

For goodness sake, GPS, nurses and dentists/so on even allow 10 mins and this place can’t allow any longer than 5?

A suggestion also would be to email your customers the forms in advance that are required to be completed to perhaps allow for a 10 minute delay. Also would save on paper.

I was really gutted and disappointed it was my birthday and I had geared myself up for a piercing and was told no chance.

There’s a fine line between being professional and arrogant. To hold back the £15 deposit during a cost of living crisis is very harsh.
