Jade is excellent at what she does, so careful and professional. Shop and equipment is extremely clean and to a high standard, she really made me feel comfortable and put me at ease. Her choice of jewellery is absolutely stunning, can’t wait to return for my next piercings and some new jewellery

I have piercings from other places which hurt more, bled more and took more time to heal. With Jade I got an anti-tragus piercing which usually takes a long time to heal, but I had 0 bleeding, it didn’t swell, hardly any healing pain and I’ve now had it just over 2 weeks and the pain when I knock it is totally gone. Amazing professional experience and couldn’t be happier with the look of it. Will always go here now. Thank you Jade!

Durham is a bit of a hike for me living in South Shields but I have no plans of going anywhere else for any piercings! I’m so glad my friend recommended Jade. I got my nose pierced, my first facial piercing. Jade is super easy to chat with, will happily answer every question (we had thousands) and I felt comfortable the whole time. She has a huge collection of piercings onto choose from, there’s something for everyone.

You love to see a piercer who is professional, meticulous, and super friendly (especially after having many bad experiences in the past!)
The piercing itself (a conch) was quite painless due to how precisely and quickly it was done.
I also really appreciate how honest Jade is about what can and can’t be done - I’ve had other piercers perform piercings that simply did not work with my anatomy, and of course, those did not end well. Rest assured, you’re in safe hands - she is very knowledgable and very frank.
