Really friendly staff and efficient process for piercings. Staff were lovely throughout the process. Very very clean!! I was really surprised with how clean it was in there. Would definitely return again. Only lost a star due to the price being a tad on the high side. However, I do realise there is a cost to maintaining their certifications and cleanliness so would pay again regardless

My daughter decided she wanted her ears pierced for the first time. As an avid fan/wearer of body piercings I told my daughter she would have to have them pierced with a needle not a gun.

When we arrived all the staff were so lovely and welcoming. The lady that served us was so lovely helping my daughter pick out her earings. There was a bit of a wait, however they have a great system of sending a text to let you know when they are ready.

A lady called Amy was the piercer that day and she was absolutely amazing with my daughter, and gave her stickers for being so brave. As we were leaving the lady at the cash desk gave my daughter some sweets for brave.

Absolutely fabulous staff! I couldn't recommended them highly enough. Thank you for being so helpful and kind. Amazing!

I want to say a HUGE thank you to Tee for being absolutely lush, so friendly and welcoming whilst doing my daughters belly button piercing yesterday on her 14th birthday! He was an absolute professional and perfectionist and made me and my daughter feel super comfortable during the whole process. I 100% recommend him for all of your piercing needs. The lady who served us was super friendly too, fantastic customer service from all in store !!!

Had my traguses (tragi?) re-pierced today.was pretty nervous about going in, partly cos last time I had them done years ago in NZ they were so painful i almost left after having only one done. But also because I’m old, fat and not trendy. I expected to feel pretty uncomfortable in the store, but the staff are lovely! I even bought a dress. Amee who did my piercings is amazing! Highly recommend, it was even worth braving the centre of Newport for!

This afternoon I had my septum pierced and the whole experience was amazing, start to finish! Exceptional customer service throughout and the aftercare advice was fab. This was my first piercing at Blue Banana and I won't hesitate to visit again for future piercings, I highly recommend! Thanks again team x

Got my septum pierced here by a lovely lady called Amy. She was amazing and made me feel so calm and comfortable.
The space was very clean and hygienic,
Also, there was a lovely person called T , they were so welcoming when arriving at the shop, thank you guys!! Xx
