Fantastic staff like they are awesome but a bit concerned about the hygiene..keeping jewelry in plastic boxes with bits in left me concerned. Might be a one off

Daughter had lip piercing and it wasn't in centre of bottom lip so ask for refund they rip bar out her lip in front of my 5 Yr old grandson. She told my daughter she wil reuse bar she told out on someone else which u can't do. Abusive n even locked my daughter n my grandson in shop. Stay clear of them

Had my septum pierced and my 13 year old had her 1st ear piercing. Also had my nose re pierced years ago. Look forward to many more visits. The staff are friendly and are always happy to answer all my questions

A group if us went in for different piercings and she was really accommodating to us all. Talked us each through what we were having done, checked we were all happy with placement of piercings (with a pen) bedore actually doing them Best place for piercing that ive been to in a LONG TIME

Had my ear lobe pieced yesterday. Originally had my 3rd piecing done over 30 yrs ago, but In the one ear it had closed up. The lady who did the piecing was lovely, she had plenty of patience and tried to reopen my existing piecing. But couldn't. I had my ear re pieced. The piecing studio was spotless, all the instruments used had been sterilised, she told me everything she was doing. Too be honest the only thing I felt was the clamp, it didn't hurt I just knew it was there. I had no problems or pain with the piecing over night. I would definitely go back for more and I will recommend to my friends and family. Thank you for making my experience a good one.
