Had my first treatments with Ciara today; gel extensions + nail art, brow lam + tint, and lash lift + tint.
She was so friendly and made me feel right at home. I was there for around 4 hours in total but it didn’t feel anywhere near that long because she was just so lovely that time flew by.
She’s clearly very passionate about what she does and really knows her stuff. It was my first time really getting a lot of these treatments and she explained what she was doing along the way which made me feel much more comfortable. She also explained a lot of stuff for aftercare that I honestly wouldn’t have considered to make everything last and be as healthy as possible after using chemicals.
She made sure I had water in between treatments and that I was comfortable when on the bed. Also made sure to check if I needed any loo breaks and to stretch my legs after a few hours of sitting!
Overall had a great experience and will definitely be back for my infills in a few weeks. 10/10 would recommend.

I had the best experience today! I had my belly button and lip pierced, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable throughout. The room was really clean and cleaning throughout the appointment was great. I would definitely recommend to anybody thinking about getting piercings, I will be back again soon!xx

Ciara is 100% my go to for anything beauty related. I’ve had a few treatments with Acute now include piercings, jewellery changes and waxing, and I would now go to no other. Such a lovely gal who knows her stuff and makes you feel so comfortable with whatever is being done. Great service in every possible way 🥰

I had a body piercing done here last week, and cannot recommend it enough. Ciara was absolutely wonderful, she made me feel so comfortable straight away like we were already friends, so professional, and just straight up a pleasure to be around. Ciara was incredibly professional and so so friendly. I absolutely loved every minute of my treatments. Ciara did my nails and toenails and they are both extemely neat, and I can confidently say they will last a good while which is fantastic for someone who regularly chips their nails! She spent a lot of time preparing my nails for the gel solution, and it has certainly made all the difference. She clearly knew exactly what she was doing and I was very impressed. I can't wait to go back in January for my next session!

I had my nose pierced by a trainee, I’ve not experienced any pain or swelling following this piercing, both piercers made me feel so comfortable and were very friendly, and it’s healed so nicely and quickly with their after care spray. The trainee was very professional and you wouldn’t have even guessed she was in training! Will definitely be going here for more piercings in the future

CIARA is really professional, neat and confident in doing nails. My gel pedi and mani lasted a whole month and a half! I am only taking it off today due to regrowth, otherwise I'd be happy to still have own the nice autumnal colour she used for my nails. Thank you 🙂 Keep up the good work! I attended a piercing course with Ciara and I couldn't recommend her enough.

She is an excellent teacher not just with her theory knowledge but the practical elements on silicone and live models.
