The Book Shop

I have made several online orders with this shop and Sarah has been so helpful. I live overseas so it's wonderful to have found a book shop with knowledgeable owners and fast service to send book gifts to family and friends in the UK. I can't wait to one day visit The Book Shop in person.

Lovely local book shop. Very pleased with my book. Ordered a signed copy this morning and it was delivered in the afternoon, at no extra cost. A good service all round.

The grandkids received their Positivity Boxes today. They excitedly phoned to say how much they enjoyed the surprise. This is a brilliant promotion and I'll be back for more Positivity Boxes as birthdays and anniversaries fall due.

Brilliant book shop. Excellent range of books across lots of genres. There is something for everyone. There is some fabulous note books lined & blank pages. I picked up Alice in Wonderland note book & love it.
If they don't have want you want, they can order in.
Their website is worth a visit. I have also just joined their book club & I am looking forward to my book arriving on my doorstep.

My local book shop, for someone who enjoys reading this is my first time going in and it was a blast finding this book-lover's haven. Lots of books and if they don't have what you want, they can order it in. I know, everyone does that but I don't need to drive to it or order it online (miss holding and smelling that new book smell)... Keeping it local people 😁

Really lovely staff. So helpful and more stock than it appears possible to hold. If they have not got what you want, orders can be delivered in a few days

Fantastic shop. Really helpful, we went in having a very rough idea of what books we were looking for a presents and they were able to point us in the right direction and explain some options so we could make the final choice. Something you don't get from Amazon!
I also had several other books to get and any that weren't on stock were ordered for me and due to arrive later that week.

The best customer service I have ever experienced. They are super helpful, wonderfully friendly and go above and beyond for every request I have ever had. I love speaking to them anytime I need a book and will always use them. If I could I would give more than 5 stars. Just amazing!
