Ordered a book from here as a gift for a family member. Website stated it would be dispatched ASAP but I allowed time due to the Queen's jubilee. Said it would be between 6th and 8th June. Hadn't heard anything so contacted them for an update 11th June to be told it would be dispatched within 3-4 days or I could have a refund. Thought what's another few days... So today (24th) messaged again to check for updates and if not yet been sent out, to get a refund. Within an hour I had a blunt email to say a refund had been issued and would be received within 5 to 10 days! Wouldn't recommend their service!

Good prices and free delivery! 👍 I emailed to ask when I would expect my item (it turns out the email with 'expected dispatch' arrived in my junk inbox) and they got right back to me. I'll shop here again!

Really reliable bookstore. Although next day delivery isn't available you get what you pay for and then some since free standard shipping is offered. Dispatch dates are different from shipping dates and they state this clearly. Sometimes the delivery companies are at fault sooo. . . Would use again definitely for books I don't need urgently until they offer next day shipping
