I have ordered many books through Abe Books and the service from many different bookstores has usually been very good. But I have ordered books from Reuseabook twice this year and on both occasions the books have just not turned up. If you want your books to arrive, do not use this bookstore.

Not only a great service you will get once you think to pick up one this bookshop books , Cooperation and quite good communication besides the great price for a used book you like.
I got my refund for the book I ordered since it was not delivered ( Covid-19) will make it longer to deliver your item on the exact time. I received my refund and few weeks later the book was landing into my hands .
I offered to pay back the complete price but Reuseabook advised to donate the price as a charity.
We still can see such great attitudes in this world. Reuseabook , I am grateful and totally happy.

Amazing service. Ordered a book online. I put in a request for a refund and they processed and refunded me within 24 hours. And their communication via email was wonderful. I didn't know how to thank them, so i'm leaving this review for them.

They sell you one cover and then deliver one completely different. I did pay for something I didn't get, and now I'm supposed to return the book SPENDING MY OWN MONEY. The worst experience buying books online. Liars.

I ordered a book from resuseabook via abebooks.com. Even after a weeks time passed the book was nowhere. They dont give you tracking information citing charges.... But no proof is given whether they dispatched the book at all. I did claim and recieve the refund via abebooks. But time wasted . They should be open if they want to send book at all. Hated them.

Pleased with the pricing of 2nd hand books and shipping offered by REUSEABOOK. Books arrived on time and in adequate packaging as well as in the condition advertised.

However, of the 3 books I received, 2 were of the correct publisher but had different covers than what was advertised. And one was a different publisher altogether (I ordered a US 1st edition, and received a UK 1st ed Book club edition).
Disappointing, and misleading first experience.

As I ordered via AbeBooks, and it is the 3rd such negative experience with one of their sellers, I would recommend avoiding AbeBooks in the future, as I will be doing.

I placed an order through Abebooks and due to the poor housekeeping of the recipient concierge the book was not delivered on time. I contacted Reuseabook for asking for the details. They were refunded me without asking. Their communication was wonderful. The book delivered later on and it is in wonderful condition too.
