Great range of books lovely coffee shops well layed out

Book store absolutely fine. Friendly and efficient staff. The cafe used to be very nice and welcoming with a good range of sandwiches and coffees. The last 3 times i have been in. The tills haven't been working, given stale scones and yesterday found 2 hairs in my toasted sandwich. Not very nice. Tried to be fair and not blame the server but an offer of another one wasn't really the point.

Such a lovely experience, old school book shop vibes. There's a café inside as well.
The lady on the till was so nice, had a good chat while purchasing my items, made my day

I'm a book lover and I love Waterstones.
It may looks small, but it has A LOT of books, the staff is helpful and all looks so organized.

I usually spend 1 or 2 h in there whenever I get to Putney Exchange where it's located.

Pretty good coverage on most interests you can think of ,looks small but go's back quite far and I think it has a downstairs.

Always love a good book shop, this place was great, wide selection of books and stuff were helpful. As I needed some decent books for my young neice and was helped quickly and Info was provided without me having to ask.

Grateful to be able to work from here for a few minutes and enjoyed a well done soy chai latte!

A good coffee shop overthere. You can spend a whole afternoon reading books overthere.
