Foyles

Foyles (Chelmsford) is a beautiful place to spend some free time at. It has a quiet and comfy environment upstairs to pick a book and read. Especially the huge selection of mangas and young adult books which I adore. The best bookstore I've ever been in.

Great selection of crosswords. It seems to me that Waterstones have more books.

Not really much of a bookstore anymore, came back for the first time in about two years to find half of the ground floor is filled with “gifts”, the rest is basically just bestsellers and the upstairs is entirely taken over by anime and manga comics.
Store is bright, tidy and airy which is nice but i would choose to shop at a bookstore that cares about more about literature.

Fantastic selection of fiction, and their upstairs has the best manga, graphic novel and art book selection I've seen in a bookstore, kudos to them 👌

Small little hidden gem tucked away in bond street. Tapas style appetizers, to share. We got the ginger calamari, Panko shrimps , prawn pomelo ( this is a must try , never had something like this before ) and prawn gyoza. Between three people would suggest 3-4 plates as portions are small .
Fir the mains tried the nasi goreng , chili prawns and crab fried rice ( little disappointing as not much crab at all)
The service is excellent , the servers are very friendly and the food is amazing.

Book and board game store. Has a large section of graphic novel and manga on the top floor. Ground floor is a fairly standard book store with a kid and lego section at the back.

Really nice book shop. We bought a puzzle for my Dad for Christmas.
