Whichever branch I visit I find the staff to be knowledgeable and helpful. The stores are well stocked and the displays are attractive. I think that it’s important to support high street book sellers. Waterstones operates a very good app and loyal scheme. The last store I visited was in the Kingfisher Centre in Redditch . If you feel that we should still be wearing masks avoid the Kingfisher centre. In over an hour there I saw no more than 4 people wearing masks

The staff here are very helpful and the store always has a good selection to choose from, and usually just as good value as A%&*zon. In the absence of an independent bookshop in the area, this place does a really good job of filling the gap.

Very tidy. Everything in order as you would expect.
My only criticism would be is, they could do with s few more seats to be able to sit down.

Large Waterstones in Cheltenham. Excellent selection of books and very helpful, friendly staff.
Very nice coffee shop, plenty of room and clean. Pleasant staff.
My wife's idea of heaven, book's, coffee and cake !

Had a great experience, the young gentleman behind the counter was really helpful, and friendly, was easy to talk with, I was looking for period books etc he helped me with what I was looking for, a copy of persuasion.

Goo variation of books but pricey. Not many black friday deals.
