Waterstones

Bought 3 books in the Brighton branch only to find that when I got home one of the books was a repeat of a book previously purchased. Not wanting to battle my way back into Brighton I headed into the Worthing branch. The assistant who helped me was polite and understanding. She easily found a solution to the problem and was very satisfied with the outcome. Thanks again to the assistant who helped, good customer service goes a very long way today.

Nice shop but if you want anything specific order it ahead of time. The last bookshop in Worthing!!!

It's a pretty standard Waterstones but I do like a Waterstones. The sections are well laid out and there were a lot of good options for different books.
The staff member that served, if that is the right term for it in a book store, us was very helpful and encouraged us to make sure that when we next come in we get our Waterstones points for the books we bought.

I’m not from the area so when I entered the store to find they don’t sell water or stones I was disappointed. However I did find a great copy of Where’s Wally and Biff and Chip to fill out my collection

Great branch, walked in and found exactly what I was looking for as well as being sucked in by their buy one get one half price deal! Proceeded to pay and ended up having a nice little chat with the guy behind the till! Great customer service as always, the Worthing branch is a credit to Waterstones ☺️
