A great, local bookshop with a good selection of titles, helpful & knowledgeable staff and a relaxed vibe, perfect for browsers. Always worth a visit.

Small shop but we'll organized and good range of books. Pricing probably on the more expensive side. But then there is the convenience of having the book there and then. Rather than wait to the next day.

I go to waterstones at least once a week (I'm a book worm and a half 😅) and it is a lovely place to be, even though its a chain it feels like a little book shop, the staff are very friendly and actually intrested in books! On a few occasions I've spent quite a bit of time talking to the staff about books. They've got a great selection of books, I tend to read classics, feminist writings and graphic novels and theres always a good new book for me to read. There's a nice cafe in there that's reasonably priced with good coffee and some nice looking cakes.

Lovely place and 100000% recommended if you are a book lover or are buying for a book lover!

This Waterstones is small, but that is nice and refreshing compared to the behemoth Waterstones in other cities in the UK like Oxford.

The staff here, as with almost every Waterstones I've been to, are lovely. They seem to enjoy what they do, and I am - for that - grateful.

Although this bookstore is small, it usually stocks a fair collection of both the classics and the new. If you find yourself wanting a book they don't have in store, you can always get them to order it in and collect stamps on your Waterstones plus account. They even have a fairly large collection of the Staff's favourite books ready to pick up and purchase. Plus some little knick-knacks are perched on a little revolvable stand.

The small but carefully selected selection is perfect (as to not be overwhelmed) and it's always a pleasure to stop by.
