A little book store packed with books on ground and the first floor with a cosy and homely feel with very friendly and helpful staff. Local recommended reads are promoted too.

I adore this shop and could spend an absolute fortune in here and the staff are so friendly. It's such a shame that the upper management don't support their teams with air conditioning though. Customers can leave if the shop gets too hot, but the staff are stuck there. It takes a lot of inner strength to remain courteous in these conditions. Well done to the team who served me today and thank you for the delightful service.

My favourite book store! I can spend hours in this store! I really like the display of the books, the different sections, the special editions of waterstones, the board game section. Staff are so friendly and so happy to recommend any book and assist you further!

But Waterstones has become just a clutter of everything mashed together, you can barely squeeze past someone to get anywhere in the store.

Always a friendly welcome in this Waterstones. Great range of books with a nice range of local books, small but well thought out photography section and tons of great fiction from around the world.

The staff here are very helpful. They help you with whatever you are in there for. The layout of the shop is good with very cozy corners to read in silence.
