Just love proper, old fashioned bookshops where the staff really appear to know and love their stock, and read too! Helpful people here, and their reviews are worth observing. Always happy to order stuff for you too...they know they're competing against online suppliers. Please visit and keep bookshops prospering in our town centres!

Had a great experience at the store today - had loads of help from Jasmine who helped me find all the books i wanted, and was so kind, helpful and friendly! She knew all about the books I wanted and advised me on the best ones based on my taste, and we had a lovely chat about books! Cannot recommend the store enough - it's lovely to be in a shop with such well-read, knowledgeable, and friendly staff! thankyou!

Always full with nice displays. Staff are always nice, have in the past asked for a specific book and they will find it for you or order it in.

You can't beat a good bookshop. And this is a good bookshop. A varied selection and helpful, knowledgeable staff make for a good mix. Could happily spend hours (and a month's wages) in here
