Dealt with them online but I can assure this:
- Quick and helpful response to emails.
- Support via advise regarding books: At one point, they advised me to cancel buying one of the books (English translation) in favor of waiting for the Arabic original. Rarely happening since most are interested in money rather than experience and overall personal benefit.

Shiny 5 stars for the latter.

Thereafter, I decided to search my shortlist of books in their website because I thought they deserve every extra penny. I might have found some books cheaper elsewhere e.g. Amazon.

I hope for them to arrange used books purchase. Many students (like myself) are in favor of such thing (Cheap, less emissions, collective benefit and minimalist lifestyle).

Found a book I wanted in the Alexandria Library bookstore. Too heavy to carry on my trip through Egypt and many airports. Found the title at Ferigiani Books, and was ever so pleased by its speedy delivery to my doorstep in the USA. I highly recommend.

The shipping cost was considered high (22 pounds) to Germany, knowing that I had to pay an additional 11 euros to the post office.

I had a very good experience with Fergiani Books. They sent the books in a timely manner and sent me updates regarding shipping plus they provide free shipment in the UK! In my experience, it’s very difficult to find Arabic books delivered for free in the UK so I was so happy to just pay for the book. There was a mistake with one of the orders and they have dealt with it brilliantly. They haven’t only refunded the payment but also sent me a different book for the same age group. I recommend them to anyone looking for Arabic books in the UK.
