Didn't go there drove past in car !!!!!!!! Didn't go in or look in window so False marketing information being passed onto companies paying for footfall count or visits. NEED TO PLACE YOUR PICKUP SENSORS INSIDE THE SHOP, to give your customers TRUE facts and stop wasting our time rating places not visited.
Also suggest ZERO star option, would be much quicker to deal with shops/premises giving bad service. Having to press a one star to write a review defeats the object and only forfills your obligation of getting some kind of data for your service.

I cannot express just how much I enjoy going to Waterstones, as someone with quite bad anxiety I don't often enjoy having to go into shops for things, but the environment in Waterstones is completely different and far more comforting, it almost feels like a second home, the staff are lovely and more then often just leave you to browse instead of being on your back every five seconds asking when you're going to buy something.

Another thing I love is that the staff are so easy to talk too if you're in the mood for a conversation, you can speak about anything with them, and have a laugh.

I'll always recommend them to anyone who's just looking for a peaceful space.
