Such a shame, Waterstones used to be our go to book store but when we ordered a number of books we had no word from them in over a month and then when we checked the status of the three orders there were multiple reasons why we couldn't have them. From spontaneous cancellations to discontinuing of a title by the publisher all without contacting us to let us know.
Hard as it is to say we will be more likely to use Amazon next time, despite wanting to support high street book stores.

Good bookshop, however the range of books have declined since the last time I was there. A bit pricey aswell.

The magic of books will always mean I part with money. The smell, the feel of a new book The choice... just magic! Young lady service was lovely and helpful. She was checking things put for people, nipping off to find their next read for them. Lovely customer service! Introduced me to the plus card which is worth knowing about and now it just encourages me to spend more online! My kids love the place and equally love a new book too.

I love this place. No matter what Waterstones store I go to it's always an enjoyable experience. The staff are lovely and helpful. It's a very comforting place with lots of variety. Plus, if you are looking for a specific thing and they dont have it!they are more than happy to look into ordering it in for you. They are truly the best.
