Have had many an autograph with Steve. Most knowledgeable guy, genuine and always seems to have that 1 Christmas present that gets your children surprise!

I love this place SO MUCH, and has a huge variety of products available for budding collectors, geeks, music listeners, football fans, and TCG (especially yugioh) players alike. I've only visited twice, once last year when I spent hours in the shop browsing and then sifting through the yugioh binders, draining my funds on singles I needed and once this year. I would give the shop 5 stars easily but the opening times seem to be only open 16 hours a week, and even then this schedule appears unreliable. I wasn't able to visit despite going into Swansea City centre twice this week, once waiting a few hours in the area while the shop was meant to be open, but was closed. I tried contacting the owner by phone 2x, left a message, but no response. No twitter updates in 4 years, and apparently open according to Facebook, Google, and the store itself. We visited the Gamers Emporium instead to get our geek fix, but remain really upset one of my biggest reasons for coming back was not open.
The reason I'm giving this a 3 star and not 4 star is because I thought the owner could well be having a family or health crisis etc., but the workers at Gamers Emporium were not surprised in the slightest, and what they said led me to believe this happens often.

The shop is simply amazing. It has lots of different collectors items at very reasonable prices. The owner and operator Steve is one of the nicest people you are ever likely to meet is always willing work out the best deal for his customers. I very highly recommend.
