We always receive the best service from Mr Yasine, first class customer service is his priority
We ordered a pair of shoes different size, was told by the sales person who was rude and always talked over you that we can order from a different store
So we ordered and received an email saying collect within 15 days.
When we go to collect the same sales lady sees us and says she is busy when we approached her
Finally a manager comes out saying he is from Italy and would not know anything about the shoes
We said check the order number on your computer , or check in the stock room
The sales Lady when approached by the manager says, it was orders from Italy and you need to wait for 2 months, when we said we orders from another store with her taking the payments
She says I never said that I said we will order a new one from Italy.
And she kept on talking over us like A bulley making us believe her.
Finally we did not budge and I insisted the manager to check in the stock room
Then suddenly magic happens!!
The sales lady says I have an order form and this is what I am trying to tell you that the shapes are in the stock room!!!!!!
She not only lied to us she was talking with no customer service and tried to make us believe her.
Finally the Italian manager says
Oh it’s been sorted, no apology
As he also said the same that he checked the tracker and it says the customs are delaying it!!
Avoid or be very careful and make sure you don’t rely on any one
Finally the shoes arrived from Italy in a couple of seconds!!
Spoiling our mood and causing so much arguments and listening to series of lies
Rather than just checking the stock room
To add the same lady when we asked her the cost of the shades she said £240
But when we went to pay it was a different higher price
When we asked her she said she was talking about the other shade?!!!!
At that time we have the benefit of doubt
A brand like Salvatore and Recruitment
Seems Salvatore is going down towards bankruptcy
Be careful
I bought a pair of sunglasses and the quality is so poor it broke after wearing IT for two DAYS. they could not find me a replacement which I did not want in any case because the glasses was of such poor quality and fragile but they have given me the run around.
The management habe been so poor and staff seem to com and go so loyalty isn't big on the recruitment agenda.
They have lost a loyal customer because of this.
2 sales people were just walking around inside, bored. Clearly the door staff needs a lot more training. If you want to go to this brand, just don't bother with westfield one.
