Outstanding repair and customer service from Emilie on the Hawley Wharf branch. The repair was well advised beforehand, incredible price value given it was achieved within the hour on a Sunday night. Thoroughly impressed and exceeded my expectations. Will definitely go back for more repairs!! Thanks again.

Don't buy their wholesale stock! I wish I read the other reviews before buying their wholesale range!

First the collection has to be picked in Luton and they don't give the collection date until you purchased it. Mine took 3 weeks to be announced and if you are not available on that date, wait for another 3 weeks or pay ~£40 more for delivery.

Then the stock is sheeit!! Litterally 20% of the stock was A or B stock, the rest needed a proper rework, requiring a sewing machine and a lot of time (massive holes, massive stains).

I contacted the customer service. They didn't see the problem with that stock (see photos) but only offered a refund if I returned the whole lot to Luton or pay another £40 for delivery.
Well, first and last time for me. Luckily I found a better wholesale place and their customer service is amazing!

Stay away from this one and save your money!

I found them years ago when I used to visit Camden Market to get my New Rocks, and now I have my own fashion label and get their fabulous patches wholesale. I buy a beautiful jacket for 20pond, the staff is sympathic, it was a good experience. The only probleme is that they didn't put the patch on my jacket because there closing in one hour, i was a little bit disappointed but i understand

Purchased a pair of there jeans on eBay, they came the wrong size and unwearable with rips all over them, avoid using this company they are a scam!

When giving feedback on there eBay shop they have it removed so others can’t see there poor practise save your money and shop elsewhere.

Following on from the sellers reply, they never gave me a return option they just fobbed me off when I sent them a message regarding the quality, expecting me to accept their poor product.

It’s just a shame I can’t leave 0 stars because they would absolutely qualify for it.

Visiting a friend in London from the US and she brought me to the local market and I found this store! Unbelievable selection of vintage Jean jackets for all sizes and unbeatable prices. I got 5 patches and a jacket for £25! It’s definitely one of my all time favorite souvenirs.
