Dress 2 Party Cardiff

We recently visited the Cardiff store as they are the only stockists for Sheri Hill dresses.
The dress my daughter wanted was there and the team were there to help. There was no pressure or hard sell and they made my daughter feel at ease and comfortable. Thankyou to the two young ladies who helped us with our purchase that day. They were knowledgeable in their products and had all the time in the world for us even though the store was very busy. If your looking for a prom dress they are definately worth a visit.

Absolutely fantastic store. All the dresses are nicely presented and colour co-ordinated in order so it's easy to find ones that you like. After having a last minute change of heart for my wedding dress I went to the store looking for something a bit different. The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much hassle. They contacted the other stores and suppliers whilst I waited in order to guarantee I had a new dress in time for the wedding. They have a stunning selection of dresses suitable for that special occasion whether it be prom, pageant or wedding. Definitely the best supplier of these types of dresses in Cardiff. I highly recommend a visit!

Excellent customer service! Firstly, I called Pastiche Couture in Manchester... they were extremely unhelpful and rude! They promised to send a list of dresses they DID have in stock as they had none that I picked out on the website - but didn't bother sending it. Then I called Dress2Party.... the lady I spoke to was amazing and incredibly helpful! She went out of her way to find a dress I liked - plus they had a much wider selection of dresses in stock! Would highly recommend this company - incredible customer service! Plus my dress got delivered on Tuesday and it's the most beautiful dress I have ever seen!

This small shop tucked away in the Royal Arcade had a beautiful choice of stunning dresses in a rainbow of colours. The staff were very helpful while my daughter tried on each dress. Shoes were available if needed and after only a little deliberation my daughter decided on her very first choice. (This may have been made easier by two kind ladies also with their grandaughters, advised the first dress was stunning!)

Wasn't sure what kind of dress I wanted for months, and I came across Dress 2 Party just walking through the arcade one day! Was drawn into the store by the beautiful dresses on display in the window, and was so impressed by the collection of Sherri Hill and Jovani dresses. Staff was so incredibly helpful and very welcoming. I tried on a few dresses, all of which were beautiful. They had heels for me to try on with my dresses to get the full look and also recommended a seamstress to alter my dress. Thank you so so much for my beautiful Sherri Hill that I got for a great price! Can't wait to finally wear my beaut dress at prom!

Lovely member of staff (can't remember her name, I'm so sorry!)helped me to pick out my DREAM prom dress! So lovely and couldn't have been more helpful or taken more time with me! Made me feel so comfortable! I would definitely recommend going after school or at odd hours to avoid the business as I got the shop to myself for well over an hour! Very happy with my dress! 😁

I took my daughter here today to look for a prom dress. Nothing in her size. Two young girls in the shop kept bringing dresses out that my daughter didn't like even though they were told what style we were looking for and bringing sizes out that would not fit. What was the point in that? The girls didn't listen and totally not trained, they were not helpful at all. At least have a few sizes in dresses for all shapes and sizes not small sizes that only fit a Barbie doll. My daughter was very disappointed. I would not recommend this place at all. Totally useless

We visited Dress 2 party Cardiff store last week for my daughter's prom dress search. The store felt covid safe and we were very impressed with the very helpful Kate who created a calm and relaxed atmosphere. There are quite a few options in terms of colour but not many in size. We certainly got an idea what would work well. Thanks Kate!
