Hollywood Bowl Eastleigh

There was a wonderful summer holiday deal on - game of bowling and food for around £10 (can’t remember the exact amount).
The kids loved having a go at bowling and playing in the arcade too!
We had burger and chips after and it was a fab l, affordable afternoon out during the school holidays.

Friendly staff, good range of arcade machines and good bowling experience. Only issue is there's not many bowling balls, no range. Drinks are hit and miss. Pool tables are often broken.

Bit of a wait even though we booked however two lanes were down. They said 20 minutes late gave us a vibrating plate which they said they would activate when ready. It went off after 20 minutes so true to their word. Nice bowl and nice staff 👍

Be careful phoning the number listed above - unfortunately this is a premium rate number (which I discovered after being charged £13 for two short phone calls!). There is a call back function on the website. Suggest that people use this if they want to contact Hollywood Bowl.

I have been in contact with your customer services email listed below a couple of times, and the advice I was given is that I should complain to google or my phone provider (which is the reason for leaving this review). The customer services team, did not seem very interested in this complaint, but I guess this is probably something which is received on a daily basis.

Recently I came in with so many people and a really sweet young lady called Lauren came over and helped so much, she gave us drink recommendations and she answered our questions!! Super sweet! Defo will come back!!

No staff at the bar. Had to wait ages to get drinks.

And no I already tried going to the reception for bowling to get staff. But they disappeared. I could see them around the building though.

Would be great if they could just look at the bar now and then to check for customers.

Good for a children's Christmas get together. The bowling was great but the food took ages to come out and was pretty 'dry'! Kids didn't seem to mind.

Safe environment when using the bowling alley, or the games section . Masks to be worn, safety screens in place including sanitising stations.
Very likely to remain in place after the 19th July.

A good place for families. Bowling , food, bar arcade games, pool tables. Easy parking using Swan shopping centre car parks
