Bowling staff were amazing, really helpful the soft play staff not so much, as my very autistic son was let out of the soft play on his own, though this might be more to do with the security on the soft play more than the staff.

The bowling, for which the majority of people come, is well done, reasonably priced and enjoyable to partake in.

We were deep into the building (Lane 8) and early evening, but the building was quite stuffy (we couldn't detect any air conditioning) and, not the operators fault per se, had a rather pungent body-odour smell.

The pool facilities are well maintained, and at £1.50 a game are, again, reasonably priced. The food (as we qualified for burgers for buying two-games worth of bowling) was, frankly, of noticeably poor quality (however, the pizza earlier in the year - at my daughter's birthday - was better).

The gents toilets were all cordoned off with only a couple of cubicles in operation, and their condition was less than impressive.

The staff were all incredibly polite but it felt like they were understaffed and under-resourced. I imagine powering a building such as this comes at great cost, and as such something has to give, but the team need more support if the experience to be offered is family-friendly and not verging on seedy.

Thank you so much to the amazing staff for helping us with my daughter's 10th birthday party! My daughter and all the kids really enjoyed themselves. So well organised and fun! Perfect place for a party! Have a great day! x

Great place for the family. We spent most of the time in the pool area - they have both American and English pool tables. Also ordering food or booking an bowling lane is quite simple using their app.

We really enjoyed bowling and pizza for 6 !
Pizza was hot and super tasty 😋

Great fun bowling, then soft play. Just wish some healthier food options were added to the menu. We had to leave to eat as only carbs on the menu .

Really good friendly staff. We booked a party for a 4yr old in the soft play. It was very easy to do and the kids had fun. It's a good soft play, big with lots to do and big enough for adults to get around. The whole place was busy, a little loud for us oldies but the kids loved that. Took the hassle out of a kids party in our house and less expensive that hiring a hall. There's also a bar for the adults 😅. Recommend

If I could give them a zero I would, my mum had just finished her chemo treatment and we got the whole family together to do something fun for her to celebrate, we booked over a month in advanced and on arrival found out we had been split up over two lanes with a giant screen between us. We asked if we could be moved to two lanes next to each other so we could socialise and enjoy the evening together. The staff were unhelpful had no desire to try and accommodate, the entire time we were there a double lane sat empty which showed the lack of empathy for our situation they just couldn’t be bothered to re load the games onto a new lane. So disappointing will not be returning.
