All Star Lanes Westfield Stratford City

Spent my Tuesday here and to be honest it was a fab day .After bowling -I lost 😭😭😭😭, we had lunch . Meals were delicious 🤤 . Gosh the cocktail - mango/ lime was 🤤 😋 after 3 glasses . Price decent -35pounds per person plus bowling .9/10

Found it a bit strange that you had to book a main course to bowl here. But we booked. The food was surprisingly good and the protion just right. I loved the fact that they had colouring page for young children. The lanes where well lit and with enough space that you could enjoy yourself. I love the fact that someone took our drinks order on lane and bought it to us. Would definitely go back again

We had a birthday boi celebration here and all staff were helpfull
We had dining also with 2 games
Jack was extremely helpfull from the moment we arrived with dining and till end of our stay

Safe to say he went the extra mile a credit to the company

I would say the customer service was 4 stars because some of the workers are amazing. However one of the workers which I’m not sharing the name on purpose was rude, when I complaint about my drink which was meant to have some Jack Daniels on it. I’ve received only a glass full of ice and tonic water. Instead of sorting the problem he decide to ask me to pay for another drink. Let me be clear I received the drink and I complaint straight away is not like I’ve been drinking it. So yeah 1 start for that manager from the bar.

This is pretty ideal for a team building activity, or a semi casual date.
The staff are friendly and nice thus making your visit very pleasant.

The service is quite slow and then the alley kept having issues thereby stopping play several times while it was being rectified. At no time did the staff come around to explain the issues and allay our fears.

I was especially miffed by the drinks being served. It was grossly filled with more chasers than actual alcohol. Wouldn't be purchasing alcohol from them going forward.

Overall a fun environment with a lot to be worked on.

Have previously been here before for the bowling experience and although it's not exactly cheap, it's a great night out and lots and lots of fun. The staff are helpful and completed my orders.Although I initially appeared to lost my shoes, they did appear quite quickly once I handed in my bowling shoes. The food is delicious, the drinks are fizzy and most awesome, and the atmosphere is cheerful and welcoming. A massive thank you to the staff member who found my shoes!

This is a nice spot, conveniently located in the Westfield mall. The staff were really polite and lovely. The food is relatively nice. Portion is good too. It is ideal for a work place dinner / lunch or team bonding event. Also great for casual / formal dates. There is ofcuz bowling, drinks and dessert 🍨 🥧 🍦 which are really yummy.
Parking here is same as the Westfield parking situation. A cheaper option is to use the Stratford multistorey parking which charges only £1.40 from 7pm till 7am. You can Google it to get the post code.

Hidden gem.

Another couple told us about this place so we booked it for both bowling and dinner Saturday night.
Everything was perfect. From food to drinks and customer service. Even the music was great.
The only minus will be the shoes that are offered at bowling. Are quite old, ripped in the inside making them uncomfortable.

Beside that, I would definitely recommend this place for all the people who want to have fun budget friendly style 😊
