Hollywood Bowl Portsmouth

Well worth a visit, friendly and helpful staff, don't have to worry about wearing other people's shoes (own trainers best bet), clean and plenty of fun even if not bowling. Didn't eat but the food looked really nice and the soft drinks were priced as per the location. We had a great time.

Recommend booking online before you go! Can get very busy especially in the evenings

It is a great place to have fun with family or friends. The best features is probably the bowling and the pool tables however the other arcade machines is a great addition. The downside however is that the payment machines often do not work, this includes mainly card payments however few times coins too.

Well organised, fun and busy bowling centre with a great well maintained arcade. Went on a Friday night. Reasonably priced drinks. Didn't try the food but it looked to be very American diner style!

Booked a 3 game session, but we managed to finish it in 30 minutes. We were going to order drinks to the lane, but the wait was 45 minutes so luckily we didn't.
The arcade was enjoyable though.

It's pretty good here. Lots of lanes. They are string aligned pins so not as good as the full version but still great fun.

Bowling was fine but the female toilets were disgusting. They stank of urine and most cubicles had no paper. The tiles were filthy and are obviously not being cleaned. Needs a good deep clean and a bit of bleach in the bowls.

Nice place, friendly staff but a major downfall is that the lane’s conditions are 90% of the times dry. They barely take good care of the lanes and oil them up
