They have modernised in here so it feels a lot more "new". Myself and my children enjoyed our game and the arcade after. The staff were a bit slow and it wasn't that busy so dread to think what service is like on a busy day. Will definitely go again. Happy days.

I had great fun here! The Pizza was nice! Everything has changed since I last was here and it has 100% changed for the better! Everything is a lot more easier to use and it all makes sense. there is more arcade machines and there is more space overall!

I played with this machine. £5 dropped to the trays but I couldn't take the £5 out. The manager came out and said I didn't win. No help at all. So weird!!! Upsetting me

Great little spot that’s open till late on a weekday ! There wasn’t many people there so wasn’t any wait for anything which is a bonus The cocktails are fairly priced and they have pitchers available

Very nice ambiance, lots of good arcade machines and games The good point which I like most today was me and my children(11,3) thoroughly enjoyed in only 10£.
You can also find Atm inside*(if you don't have cash)and a change machine as well.

Staff are not particularly knowledgeable about company policies. This is very frustrating because it leads customers to pay more than they should due to lack of knowledge.
The company policy on student discount is clear on the website but not clear for the staff, I (the customer) was not aware of the student discount policy so I asked staff what the policy was. One staff member said she did not know and the other said student discount is not something they do. Trusting the advice of an employee I paid full price for the game of bowling. I then went to look on the company website and it was clear that they do offer student discount but at certain times (which I was in the right time adhere to this rule) so I went to ask the employee once more. She then changed her answer and told me “it’s only available online” to which I then check the company website again and in the terms and conditions this was not the case again. She then tried to tell me it’s only available at a time and day that is not today to which I checked the website and once again this was not the truth.
This is very frustrating and in my opinion terrible service, had I been told “I don’t know” it would have been a lot easier for me to do my own due diligence and check but even when I did this and a manager was brought to resolve the issue she tried to insist on the same untrue statements the previous colleague had been mentioning.
In my opinion, the whole staff needs to be retrained on customer service and company policy to ensure customers are treated fairly and correctly. It does not take 1 hour to check this as I found it within 2 minutes just looking on the website.
A very bad experience coming to tenpin and I can confidently say I will not be visiting again

This place was amazing with lots of games and fun stuff. I mean you can never get bored in a place like that. There’s always something to keep you busy both adults and children. I had great fun bowling which happened to be my first time.

We booked 2 games of bowling, the queue to check in was long, we started on time, my understanding was we have about 2hrs for 7 ppl to play two games, (according to info provided when booked). After hour and half we were told we need to move as next booking due to start, not even warning before. And we ordered food to lanes which took over 30mins to arrive. Was not impressed by how unprofessional it was to tell us we just need to move even-though we had time slot. It could have been organised or dealt with better especially the players were only children. Food was cold, not the best. To add to that when we arrived our lane it was not clean. Place over crowded, I wouldn’t repeat this experience and will venture to find new places.
