Great for a family outing. Kids have loved it every time we’ve been here.
Right next to the arcades so can get a bit noisy but it all adds to the fun environment.
Haven’t had to wait for than 5 minutes for a lane when we’ve been there. Once we prebooked and the other time we just turned up mid afternoon.

Lanes are cleared and cleaned and staff are really friendly.
Balls are good quality and there are plenty of sizes to suit all.
Hot food and drinks are available.

Best to check and book online to save some money via offers.

Just like a hurricane, our booking time was considered and reconsidered. First, Tom changed the booking from 2pn to 12pm the day before and on the day, Customer service's Josh informed us he was unable to provide any monetary refund when we wanted to play 2, rather then 3, games.

On the day, Sophie booked us in at 12pm. Jordan (or maybe Joshua) was extremely helpful in serving us snacks and beverages. All in all, my brother's birthday was a huge success all round and I can't wait to return for a few games!

Bowling alley itself is good. Arcade, bar, staff all decent. But the lift and escalators are often out of order. We had a newborn in a pram so it was very awkward getting up two flights of escalators (one on and one off). A person in a wheelchair would not have been able to get in. Poor show for a big chain like this.

Went with family and had a great time. Kitchen had closed by the time we got there but the staff were still willing to accommodate and take any snack orders we had. The place is clean and well maintained and the arcade was a hit with the kids. Tried their shakes, which were very nice.

Party 16 of us - Bowling was brilliant. Food inedible. Burgers tasted like rubber, chips cold, chicken nuggets burnt. Not good at all.
If you want to book bowling great. Book your meal somewhere else.
Used to be good food. Must have a new chef. Try to avoid the food if you can. First bad review I've ever given.

Lovely place, family has been here before but it was my first time. Unfortunately, the list didn’t seem to work. We went in about 4ish and were told they were all booked in till after 10. Which really broke my little one’s heart, obviously not through any fault of the administration. We did enjoy some of the other games but she was really looking forward to bowling last night… will definitely visit again and hopefully be able to bowl that time and change the rating

The bowling is decent, hence the 3 stars. Would only come back for that, and nothing else. Managed to book 2 games for 2 lanes between 12 people and had no issues at all.. we were able to start on time, had no glitches during game play, etc. Given its primarily a bowling alley, it was sufficient in that aspect.
Unfortunately, the rest of the facilities are severely neglected and in need of better management. Toilets were either not operating or disgusting. Food and drinks were really poor and took forever to order given the lack of trained, motivated staff.

Enjoyed our visit for my grandaughters birthday treat with her friends. I was disappointed because we booked two lanes but only got one because some were broken and not in use. We had to have a credit note when we should have had a refund, and It only lasts a short time.
