Had my first session today. It was really nice being accepted for who i was. I wasn't expected to do more than I could manage! Pace of the session was Tailored to my ability. Ive already booked my next session. (not looking forward to how my body will be feeling tomorrow) but no pain without gain. My trainer fully understands what he is doing and just makes you feel welcome.

Great group of people who couldn't make you feel more welcomed, absolutely recommend if you want to give boxing a chance.
