The Lancashire Wedding House & The House of Prom

Been today to look for my daughter's prom dress. The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. My daughter tried on quite a few dresses. Made to feel very welcome and great advice given. Would highly recommend

Visited the shop yesterday with my daughter April to look for her wedding dress. The staff were so friendly and very helpful. All in all we had a lovely experience and said yes to the dress! The glass of prosecco provided that extra special touch. 😊 Thank you xx

Really disappointed, the initial experience was excellent, paid for the dress in full, then I have really struggled to get hold of them after receiving a message to say my daughter’s dress was ready. Collected and the dress is faulty, not what you expect when you pay so much for a dress. I will now have to pay to get it fixed, they did offer to get their alterations to fix it, but considering how difficult they are to get hold of, I didn’t want to risk this. Really disappointed as I have sent a lot of my friends here for dresses also! Such a shame

WOW what can I say. As a soon to be Mother of the Groom, shopping here took away all the stresses of finding the perfect outfit. Can’t wait to wear and show off my amazing dress. Thank you for a truly great experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Really disappointed and poor customer service here, went for a prom dress for my daughter on the first occasion, tried a few on and nothing found, returned a week a later and tried on more dresses, she tried on one and found the perfect dress which wasn’t in store on first time, all ready to purchase and then as we say yes to the dress then told sorry you can’t have it, there is already the same style at her school in a different colour bought months ago!…….yet she was allowed to try on the dress and now told we can’t have it!…her face dropped and so disheartened…The fact of a different colour and “ prom policy”, absolutely disgraceful and now possibly not going to her high school prom because of this and unable to find another dress…..certainly will not be top of my list in the future.

I visited her with my daughter to look at prom dresses. The staff team are wonderful and very helpful. A very wide selection of dresses, lots of styles and colours. Had a fab experience and my daughter found her perfect dress. Great experience, happily recommend.

AMAZING service. I was looking for a more modest dress for my prom and was worried that places wouldn’t be very accommodating. But this place was absolutely wonderful, recommend to everyone. They made me feel insanely welcome and were beyond helpful at accommodating to my needs; and just generally lovely people
