I cannot fault Pure Elegance Bridal. I am not a dress person and so was daunted at the prospect at having to choose one for my wedding. Scrolling through the Internet for ideas, I found 'The Dress' and started making enquiries. I can't fault the communication and help I received and, as the shop is too far away, I had to take a punt and have it delivered without having tried it on. The dress arrived and it is perfect. It is just me. It isn't fussy and it isn't completely fitted and that is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you so much for your amazing service and I look forward to wearing it on my wedding day in Orlando. (Covid allowing!!!)

I'm so happy I came across this lady. She helped me none stop. Any question and amount of them was no problem. As I was buying the dress mid lockdown could not try on or anything. Full sizes given measurements etc. She couldnt do enough. I love my dress and I cant wait to wear it x
