Fantastic shop. Couldn't recommend it highly enough. When I first visited - all the staff but in particular Hayley were wonderful and friendly. They made me feel so welcome and dedicated so much time to showing me all their beautiful dresses! I quickly found my Suzanne Neville wedding dress - the subsequent visits and fitting were great. It fit me perfectly and they always made me feel so comfortable and interested in every aspect of the wedding - not just the dress. I really loved the experience - not stressful at all.

Brides of Winchester's customer service was second to none, they made a body conscious lady feel very comfortable, and helped me find my perfect dress. Not once did I doubt my decision with my dress. I drove an hour each way for each appointment and fitting, because they were so wonderful!
Their dresses are incredible, mainly British designers, and simply stunning. Their alterations department are also wonderful, and great value too.

Thank you so much for helping me find my dream dress. I was so pleased when Tracy agreed to create exactly what I wanted by amalgamating several of her beautiful dresses. I absolutely loved the end result and felt like an ethereal princess.

I would recommend this Bridal shop over and over again to any bride looking for a dress. I got my wedding dress from Brides of Winchester in 2016. Laura made me feel so comfortable and I found my dress quickly and returned the same day to order it. I was able to meet and be measured for my dress by the actual designer and was confident with the fit of my dress for my wedding day. My dress was perfect and I loved it. My best friend also got her dress at Brides of Winchester who looked beautiful on her wedding and I know had a fantastic experience shopping and being fitted.

Brides of Winchester were amazing at helping me find my dream Suzanne Neville wedding gown. I also got my Rachel Simpson shoes and The Couture Veil and Polly Edwards jewelry from BOW. I fell in love with a strapless wedding gown but really didn't want strapless, so Laura said not a problem and I came back to the Suzanne Neville designer day, met with Suzanne and she designed me a bespoke dress. The seamstress made it fit like a glove and I felt amazing on my wedding day 10/10

Words can't describe the wonderful (and very easy, stress free) experience that I had choosing my beautiful dress from Brides of Winchester. If you are looking for the best wedding dress shop around with a variety of different dresses and designers and first class service then you really don't need to go anywhere else.
The lovely staff sum up the word professional and discreet. They made me feel at ease, gave an honest opinion and paid attention to the finer details that a bride might not think about. I also bought all accessories there too - top quality all in one shop.
Laura is a superstar and was a saviour on my wedding day ......but that's another story!

Was delighted to visit and find my wedding dress at Brides of Winchester. The shop is beautiful, Laura is friendly yet professional and really does give you a luxury experience. Having tried dresses on at other shops previously and having an idea of what I wanted, Laura encouraged me to try on a dress that I would never normally have chosen. We talked through and tried out some potential alterations and additions and, like magic, it was perfect. She then arranged a short notice appointment for my parents to come back with me to see the dress before I bought it and made sure she was available to see us when she normally wouldn't have been. She also made some of the alterations to the sample dress before we arrived so that my parents and I could really see how it would look. I'm so happy I took the trip to Winchester and that I found the perfect dress which I absolutely love. I would definitely recommend the shop to anyone looking for their dream wedding dress.

Disappointing experience:
The customer service was poor, including the level of knowledge and communication skills.

Definite lack of understanding of the bride’s needs related to limited listening. The staff was mostly focused on selling rather than creating a memorable experience.

Although the dress from Nicole Anne was beautiful, the shop did not deliver anything apart from selling the dress which in the end was too small and had to be adjusted by an external seamstress.
