House of Snow

Huge thank you to Harriet and her team for the help in finding my beautiful wedding dress, when I initially looked I had an idea of the dress in mind… Harriet showed me a dress which I would have never chosen and I fell in love! The designer was Suzanne Neville and it was so so beautiful and perfect for my venue. I cannot thank you all enough. My best friend will be returning to pick her dress this September and I can’t wait to come back!! Lots of Love Claudia x

I visited House of Snow on Saturday with my mum and bridesmaids. I travelled from Colchester and was slightly late so was a bit flustered upon arrival however, I instantly felt at ease when I was welcomed by the HOS ladies. The whole experience was so wonderful and it felt very special. Claire was amazing at offering her advice and helping me to choose and try on all of the dresses. All of the dresses were so beautiful and I just couldn't choose so I will be back again in a couple of weeks - I can't wait! Thanks ladies! Xx

If I could give House of Snow 6 stars I would!! I visited the store twice in the process of buying my dress and Claire was wonderful, welcoming and really helpful on both occasions. The first appointment I was allowed to try as many dresses and I wanted and Claire had some great suggestions as to what might suit me. They were very accommodating with respect to appointment timing which was really appreciated as I live quite far away and there was a great selection of dresses. The second appointment was really helpful in terms of helping me make up my mine, they gave me space to think and walk about in the dress and didn't try and pressure me into buying anything I wasn't comfortable in. Fabulous experience which I would thoroughly recommend to any brides to be!! <3

Where to even begin, just WOW! Thank you so so much for helping me find my dream dress! Claire and Harriet were just amazing in every way, making me feel so beautiful in every dress, and both helping guide a very indecisive bride to choose ‘the one’! It felt like I had known these ladies for years, they made me feel so special from the minute I arrived to when I sadly had to leave! I would recommend House of Snow to everyone who wants the most magical bridal experience, just perfect! I can’t wait to go back already! Thank you again ladies❤️

I couldn't thank Harriet and her team enough for providing such a fantastic service. From helping my sister pick her wedding dress, to helping me pick my very own their service was five star! We were made to feel like we were a part of the House of Snow family and really got to know Harriet on a personal level over the past four years. Harriet was there to support me when my original wedding date got cancelled and allowed me to keep my dress at House of Snow safely.
My dress was absolutely beautiful, I felt like a true princess and like it was made for me. The quality of my pronovia dress was outstanding, I wish I could wear my wedding dress every day!! I might just keep popping back to try on dresses every year...!!

Awesome boutique, the loveliest people to help you in your search for ‘the one’. Forever grateful to Harriet, Claire and Lara for all of their guidance and help 🤍 I had my eye on a dress online and ventured to HoS feeling very nervous. Looking back I had no reason to be, I was in very safe hands! For me the boutique was such a lovely calm place where I was made to feel really special.

I knew I was going purchase a dress from HoS as soon as I walked in! Xx

THANK YOU so much Harriet and team for being absolute babes and looking after my stressful self before the wedding. I think I speak on all brides behalf when I say it’s not been too fun the planning and postponing of weddings however the day was ABSOLUTELY BLOODY INCREDIBLE. I felt like an actual princess with lots of thanks to you guys on helping me choose my princess gown and of course Lara for squeezing me in for the alterations too!

I honestly felt like the only girl in the world that day!

Before our appointment I already felt very encouraged we would get great service with how lovely Claire was on the telephone. In person she was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. Unfortunately we were rushed for time but Claire was so efficient it was still a very positive experience. Claire asked what we wanted and then offered dresses to try on that matched that criteria, she also offered some to compare that were contrasting so we could be sure in our minds that we had the right dress. Can't wait to order the dress for our daughter wedding. Thank you Claire for making this such a great start to one of the most incredible days of our lives.
