Kelly's Bridal Couture

Kelly was amazing! We tried on a few dresses but when I mentioned one I had found months earlier (that she didn't stock) she referred me to another local stockist she thought might have it. I really appreciated her honesty. Even though she didn't have my wedding dress she had a great range of bridesmaid dresses and we WILL be ordering from her as thanks for her great service!

What an amazing boutique with stunning dresses and a nice layout for trying them on. Kelly's is such a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, it's all you could ask for and more. She is honest and doesn't push for a sale. Such a comfortable environment to be trying on those gorgeous dresses. Kelly is so accommodating and I trust her 100% with every aspect of the shopping experience. I cannot wait to order my dream dress from her! Thank you for being amazing!

Kelly's bridal couture is one of the most stunning bridal shops I have been to.
It is designed wonderfully with dresses on show as well as some bridesmaids dresses and all the accessories a woman could want!
I brought my sister, mum and grandma with me and there was more than enough room for everyone to sit comftably, I am a very picky person and had previously been to 5 bridal shops near where I live in Bournemouth and either didn't like the service provided by staff or the dresses just weren't right.
Well....at Kelly's bridal you cannot fault the service given, there is drinks provided throughout to not only you but your party. The girls and Kelly herself are so friendly and make you feel so comftable.
The Selection is incrediable that there will definitely be a dress for everyone's style in there.
Never did I feel pressured to buy they want you to find your perfect dress, which I did find and I am so glad I did.
Everyone at my wedding loved my dress and it really made my whole day just perfect.

Kelly's bridal was the 1st wedding dress shop I had ever visited and the experience here was wonderful. I had no idea of the style I wanted but i received such great support and advice on what to try on. The shop has a lovely layout with plenty of room to comfortably try on dresses. I didn't come away with a dress on the day as I'm very indecisive and wanted to think about such an important purchase but I wasn't ever felt pressured to buy and was even urged to really think about it. I really did have a lovely appointment!

Having already tried on 80 dresses I had almost lost hope of finding my dream wedding dress. Kelly's bridal restored this for me and I found my perfect dress within an hour of being there! During my initial visit Georgia was so patient with me (even when I was being incrediby indecisive!) and put 0% pressure on me. All the dresses in store were beautiful and I also ended up buying my veil here which is also gorgeous!

Since choosing my dress I've been back a few times to the store for other bits and pieces and each time all the girls are so helpful, down to earth and patient. I cannot thank Kelly and the other ladies enough and highly recommend any bride to be to visit, I cannot wait to wear my dress on our big day! 💕

Really helpful and accommodating, Kelly's bridal advisor Georgia, was great she took time to put me in to all the dresses I chose, even as a plus size woman. Even if don't end up buying a dress at this shop, it has absolutely nothing to do with the service I was given, which was A class.
