Heart Aflutter was my first bridal dress appointment and I had an amazing time from start to finish. I was immediately put at ease by Veronika, and having the pre-appointment chat I felt she really understood my style and helped me understand what it was I was looking for, and gave me advice that was really helpful for other appointments. I didn't end up getting my dress from Heart Aflutter but would highly recommend it to any future bride as the dresses are beautiful and the staff are very helpful and lovely!

Heart aflutter was my second dress shop, I wish it'd been my first!

I loved the online consultation in advance which helped them get to know me and get some dresses ready. I loved the setting of the shop and felt really at ease.

Veronica was fantastic, she ended up pulling me a new dress that had arrived that very morning after seeing that I liked the high neck lines and I fell in love straight away.

There was no pressure, and I also felt there was no chatter about weight or sizing. My first shop was more 'traditional' and mentioned losing weight a couple of times as well as not really having styles that flattered by figure but just covering it up.

I'd highly recommend Heart Aflutter! I wish I could do it all over again.

I am so glad this was my first bridal shopping experience and also where I found my dress! I was super nervous about this part of wedding planning as I am quite body conscious & uncomfy in hyper feminine spaces, but Veronika was just an absolute dream to work with. It felt like a safe space to have this experience in and that was honestly just amazing. The shop is lovely and the dresses are dreamy and I wish I could relive the whole day again!

I’d been to several bridal shops and tried on too many dresses before I found Heart Aflutter. They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish to purchase both my dress and veil! Portia was very patient with me when trying dresses on, and also so positive and supportive without being pushy. Lisa was great when my dress arrived in helping me try on accessories and veils. I would recommend Heart Aflutter to any bride-to-be!

I initially booked heart a flutter as a second shop option as I was coming from Yorkshire to London to another bridal shop. Im so glad I did as the other shop couldn’t even come close to the service they provided and the quality of the dresses. The zoom call with Cecilia was a real personal touch and ensured everything was discussed and ready before I arrived. I was quite nervous and a bit awkward at first the dress style I had in mind didn’t suit me but Veronica put me straight at ease and recommended the Annie dress which I instantly fell in love with. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Heart Aflutter was the only shop I visited as I trusted them wholeheartedly. Their collection and designers are exactly the type of styles I had in mind for my wedding.

The pre-appointment consultation was helpful as it allowed the lovely consultant to get to know me. We discussed my budget, my style and I picked some dresses from their collection.

At the appointment I tried 2 dresses I picked and 2 more that she picked. I didn’t need to try on anymore as I knew I found the one. The appointment was super fun and the consultant understood what I wanted.

I collected my dress today from Lisa and I couldn’t be happier.

The choice of dresses here is great but it's a little less welcoming than some of the other bridal shops around to be honest. In particular it's awkward to get into the building which is an office building. We had Lisa who was lovely both times we visited. Sadly we didn't find the one but would still recommend the shop to others! Laid back, modern, not a hard sell...
