Brocades Bridal Studio

I travelled from Bristol to allow my mum to be part of my wedding dress shopping experience. I'm really glad I did because Brocades gave me a much more comfortable and personal experience than that of larger shops I had experienced in Bristol. The range isn't big but what Brocades had was great! and I found several dresses to choose from. I felt completely at ease and found myself actually excited with trying on various dresses. I ordered my dress in November for an April wedding which is pushing it a bit. Brocades were calm and arranged this without any drama, keeping me up to date about when to travel home for fittings. My mum also had her suit altered at the shop and was very happy with the service. If you live in the area I would definitely recommend going to Brocades! they even gave me advice by email on cleaning my dress after the wedding. Fabulous!

Very unfriendly and rude. Would never want to order my own dress from here. Made to feel very unwelcome being there. No customer service skills at all. Made what was supposed to be a lovely experience into an unpleasant one.

I used brocades bridal studio for the alterations in my dress (bought it at a different store). The staff were so lovely and helpful. Due to lockdown and postponements when I arrived my dress was a bit small. They reassured me that the dress could be altered to fit me and even gave me a few different options of how it could be done. Everyone was so lovely and professional and the alterations were reasonably priced as well and done quickly. Couldn’t recommend them enough. I just wish I’d heard of them before I bought my dress.

What a lovely and friendly Bridal studio, I was very nervous about being on the plus size but these lovely ladies put me at easy, had such an amazing time there trying on different dress and found an absolute stunning dress for my wedding with their help, they knew exactly what would suit me and so very helpful, I would recommend this place 110%

From start to finish I've had nothing but a great experience with Brocades.
Initially tried on many beautiful dresses until I found my yes dress, all of the ladies were very helpful and reassuring made me feel amazing inmy dress.

Nothing was too much trouble for the lovely ladies at Brocades. They made me feel like a princess, and I really appreciate all the time and effort they put in to help me find the perfect dress. I didn’t feel pressured to buy there and then, and the prices were incredible for the quality of dresses there. Thank you so much!!
