Where to even start! Its a pretty big deal to go wedding dress shopping and after trying other boutiques I ended up at What Alice Wore. Amy made it a truly lovely experience she was so helpful and we communicated before hand so she knew what I was after and had many ideas how we could achieve the look I wanted. Her selection of dresses was unique! Which was wonderful and gave me the full spectrum of looks! Her veils were also beautiful and there was again plenty of choice. Amy was amazing with her communication as well and incredibly flexible with timings. Working with her recommended seamstress Daniella was also a total dream and my dress turned out perfect!

Rachel and Amy were there every step of the way if I had any questions and were incredibly helpful and accommodating. When I found out I was pregnant about a month after choosing my dress I was very worried but Amy and Rachel made the whole thing a breeze. I also wanted to change one of my wedding accessories a few months before the wedding and they made doing so very easy.

Not only are they professional, knowledgeable and supportive but they are also just lovely people who make the experience a delight.

Amy is an absolute SUPERSTAR! She gave 5 star treatment from the get go and was with me every step of the way. Unfortunately due to covid delays by the time I was getting married I was pregnant and the dress no longer fit. The lovely Amy helped source me more material and put me in touch with a magical seamstress. I will be recommending her to to any future brides! 10/10

I would definitely recommend What Alice Wore! The team made the whole experience so special, and I didn't just feel like 'yet another customer'. The collection of gowns is just stunning, and I found the perfect dress for me during the first appointment. The recommended seamstress was also brilliant, and even did some 'emergency' work a couple of days before my wedding. I had so many compliments about the dress on the day, and I felt comfortable and happy. Thank you!

Shopping for my wedding dress was such an unbelievably exciting time, however, I equally didn’t really know where to start. I had so many questions and so many ideas that it could have easily become overwhelming! However this is where Rachel’s experience and knowledge came in. She took her time in listening to what I was thinking, right down to the very last detail, and she provided me with advice and suggestions that helped guide me seamlessly through the process.

I went to a lot of different shops, including the big fancy ones in London, to find my dress, but the quality and range had nothing on What Alice Wore. Amy was a joy to work with, she was warm, patient and honest. I didn't feel any sales pressure, Amy was adamant that I had to find the right dress for me, rather than try and push me towards anything. Choosing a dress for the most important day of your life can be STRESSFUL. It's important you find the right person to guide you through that process, and for me, that was Amy.
