What a lovely shop. Made an appointment and I was greeted with a smile and not knowing what to expect. I was allowed to look at all the dresses in stock and had my own hanging trail to put on as many outfits as one wanted to try on. What lovely clothes in the shop, stunning I would say, I was certainly spoilt for choice. The owner along with her assistant could not be more helpful, they were fantastic, certainly knew their job that's for sure. They looked after me extremely well and nothing was too much trouble. I came away with a fabulous outfit for my son's wedding which now hangs proudly in its bag until the big day in June. Definitely will recommend Renaissance to friends and certainly family, its lovely to have such a fab shop in the area. Well done Ladies.

There is certainly a lot of choice. The staff could not be more helpful, they were fantastic, They looked after me extremely well and nothing was too much trouble. I came away with a beautiful outfit for my daughter’s wedding. I would definitely recommend Renaissance to friends and family. Thank you again for all your help time and patience.

Went in with my fiancé's mum to get something for the big day. She chose something lovely that needed some alterations. When we went back the following week to see the seamstress my mother in law didn't feel 100% happy. Everyone there was absolutely fantastic. They were so busy but took us straight off for a second look. They gave us all the time in the world and were only interested in getting it right for her. Absolutely faultless service & lovely ladies

What an amazing shop! Beautiful outfits and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. I was looking for an outfit for my daughters wedding. From the moment we walked in we were made to feel at ease and nothing was too much trouble for Cami the assistant who met with us for our appointment. What a wonderful experience. After traipsing round Birmingham to find a dress without any luck I was feeling downhearted about finding anything suitable. These ladies made my day with their help and advice. Left with a beautiful dress and I couldn’t have been happier!! Thank you so much ladies for all your help. Cami you did a wonderful job and I really appreciated the service.

Wow! I absolutely love this shop…
I don’t know why I went looking elsewhere but I didn’t have a huge budget so although I have had dresses from Renaissance before I just thought it would now be out of my price range, how wrong was I… Went in with a top budget & surprisingly I didn’t reach it, Cami was just brilliant she only showed me dresses within what I wanted to spend & I found something I love & is a bit different, I also managed to get shoes, handbag & fascinator all under my top budget, I was very happy. Had to have the dress altered slightly, when it came back all looked great until I tried it on, the underskirt seemed to hang below the top layer of the dress very strange as it was completely correct when it was off but this was not an issue, Dawn re-pined it & sent it back to her seamstress. Came back within a week all sorted, nothing is to much trouble to get everything right for her customers, I cannot rate this shop highly enough. Don’t go anywhere else until you have tried Renaissance first, believe me you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Renaissance.

I spent a wonderful rainy morning here with my friend choosing a dress for my son’s wedding next spring. An amazing selection in all colours, designs and sizes.
Fantastic advice and assistance without pressure. I was encouraged to try on styles and colours I wouldn’t have considered and found a fabulous dress at a sale price. Alterations easily sorted as well.
An array of shoes, hats and accessories to complete the outfit available too.
I can highly recommend Renaissance for an easy, pleasurable shopping experience. Two hours free parking too. Who needs cities?!

I walked in without an appointment enquiring about hiring a suit to wear for an interview for a promotion at work. I don’t own a suit but wanted to make a good first impression at the interview. The ladies were very helpful and polite with no pressure and I wasn’t rushed. They provided everything I needed there and then. The suit was brand new. I got the promotion too! Thanks very much.
