What a beautiful shop, we were all made to feel so welcome and special. I couldn't think of a better place to buy a wedding dress. Michelle is an expert and defiantly knows and understands what her customers want. The service is exceptional and the designer was professional and extremely talented with ideas to make your dress your own. What a special day.

Where do I start.......
from the moment I rang Lottie Lou, panicking saying 'help, I'm an older bride and I don't know what I'm looking for!!' I was put at ease. I was invited to come to the shop, not obliged to buy, but for a chat and advice. I was greeted warmly and professionally by Michelle and her mum, and the whole experience from then on was excellent. She dismissed my concerns at being older and showed me dresses that could suit me, and there it was, my wedding dress, perfect in every way. Again, no hard sell, but a lot of time and patience and respect shown to me. I went back and ordered the dress, and felt a million dollars on my fantastic wedding day, complimented by everyone, including hubby, that the dress and me in it, looked amazing.
Michelle's excellent customer service combined with her professionalism and personality made this experience a joy, thank you Michelle.

What can I say, Michelle you are the most incredible women. I met Michelle at a wedding fair a couple of years ago and from the get go she made me feel comfortable. I was a little anxious to try dresses on, but Michelle made my experience fun, easy and relaxed. My dress was a dream, my alterations were done super fast, and Lottie lew Bridal even helped us to alter both my mums dress and a bridesmaid dress that was bought elsewhere.
