Le Chic Boutique - (Mother of the Bride)

The shop has many beautiful dresses. The young lady that assisted me was friendly and helpful but the owner could have been more welcoming and attentive. I arrived a little early for my appointment and was told to take a seat or have a look around if I wanted to, without any direction, guidance or a warm welcome. Given the prices of the outfits in this store they should adopt a more welcoming approach and service. Not surprisingly I left without purchasing a dress.

My mother found the boutique after falling in love with the most beautiful style and pattern of dress online and desperate to try it. So we knew had to travel to London to see if it was the one. We arrived early for our appointment and had a chance to browse before the appointment which helped as it gave my mum a chance to see the other dresses offered in her preferred style.

Nicolette and her assistant were kind, caring and knowledgeable about all aspects of the dresses, fit, style and accessories.

Highly recommend for any mothers of the bride/groom, graduates or special ocassions.

I had a wonderful shopping experience at Le Chic Boutique today. Both the owner and her lovely assistant were totally on hand to help with my dresses and questions. They have an excellent array of stunning dresses for all shapes. I didn't feel any pressure to buy, I would definitely recommend this shop to my friends. Great buying experience.

I recommend this lovely Chic Dress shop , have to book by appointment only but really worth booking , The owner Kuala was brilliant & amazing with her knowledge of expertise plus with my mum when they met (Mother of the bride to-be) she listens so well to what you would like/don't -like, she spoke to me on the phone while booking my mum's appointment, I told her my mum went to bridal shops that also did (mother of the brides to-be )but had no luck & disappointed with coming out without the dresses she had tried on . Kuala was very helpful when I asked if they did plus sizes aswell & was amazed how well with how much dressy outfits they offer & they have such a big selection of all sizes to, they're the largest bespoke dress shop for special occassions in the uk . she is so professional,kind & such a lovely person to work with & made my mum feel so happy to know she understood especially how hard it is to find the perfect outfit for your Daughter's Wedding .
My mum has been looking online, shops in well known High st but No luck😏. Kuala found the right perfect outfit (Mother of the bride ). within 20mins of being there too!!😲🤗😃. my mum loved it straight away even on the hanger . plus it was the first dress she put on, I was amazed myself 😊, . she looked so beautiful/ elegant/ chic in the dress, then she tried on a Hatinator to try with the outfit. We came away with Mother of the bride outfit plus accessories too! Was the best experience for my mum she felt so great in herself with what she purchased, she payed a little more than she expected, but the Joy of feeling relieved she found the perfect outfit for herself plus felt so great in it to 🤗😍

Extremely disappointed in their refund and returns policy of only one week. Unfortunately due to some very sad news the wedding had to be called off. Many of the suppliers, hotels and travel firms were extremely sympathetic but the owner of Le Chic was not. To purchase from Le Chic is a considered one as the outfits are over a thousand pounds. This was not the first time of purchasing from Le Chic but it will certainly be the last time. I understand it is a small business but the owner did not exercise her discretion in any way or offer a solution or compromise. I most certainly will not recommend this shop again.

My mum and I had a fantastic appointment here, everything my mum needed for her whole outfit was in the shop. There was no pushy sales advice, just expert recommendations. It was absolutely worth making a special trip here, and would recommend other M.O.B’s do the same!

Had a lovely visit today with my mum, we received amazing service from the lovely Koula. She was very friendly, helpful and so welcoming. She matched everything perfectly for my mum and made the whole experience very special. My mum has chosen a beautiful dress and she can’t wait to wear it on my special day.

Visited recently with my Mum. The sales associate who I assume is the manager was dismissive and unapproachable. When my Mum expressed that she wasn’t keen on a dress, and asked if she could try something else, the associate sighed and rolled her eyes. We felt that we were an inconvenience to her.
When we asked the price of 1 particular dress that my Mum tried, we were told, “we don’t know the price. We cut the label off.” Very odd?
Mother of the Bride dress shopping should be exciting - however, this experience was disappointing. Needless to say we did not purchase anything.
