Couture and Tiaras Bridal Shop

Found my wedding dress amongst so many gorgeous dresses. They provide a quality 5 star service from start to finish, and came to my venue to fit my dress on my wedding day. My daughter has also bought her wedding dress there too for next year. I could not recommend them highly enough.

This review is long overdue as my prom was in June and I would just like to start off with how impressed I am with this small business.

I had discovered them through TikTok and was so excited to try on their stock for my prom- granted I decided to leave it very close to prom season I was afraid at the likely possibility that it wouldn’t work out so as you can imagine I was very hopeful to find something …they did not disappoint! This mother-daughter duo were so kind and helpful from recommending dresses to fit my silhouette and providing a really helpful breakdown of what’s in fashion and how to stand out. I picked a stunning black bone-corset dress and tried on a few tiaras just for fun.

Fast forward a month, the order had been long sent and it was presumed my dress was on the way; until it came to our attention that the dress provider had frozen their account for whatever reason. (my hunch is that their social media isn’t doing as well compared to this lovely establishment - tbh it’s hard when Kelis, the owner's daughter, is as beautiful as she 🙈) Anyways, they contacted us and told us the situation and all we could do was wait until they were able to liase with the provider. Fortunately, the dresses were able to be sent in and that issue had been resolved. However, it was already Saturday, and my prom was on the following Friday as I have a petite frame my dress still had to be taken in and shortened. The owner reassured us that her seamstress would be able to do all the necessary changes and it would arrive on time. Sorted right?

Well due to the stress and confusion of the dress provider trying to basically sabotage their business things had gotten mixed up and my dress hadn’t been sent (we live about 2 hours away without traffic, so it would’ve been hard to pick it up the night before).

As you can imagine we were very stressed, and I was sure that I’d ultimately have to miss my event. I had a quick phone call with her, and she was so compassionate and empathetic; she express shipped my dress that night and it arrived before 9am on the morning of my prom (I didn’t even know this service existed!) When it had arrived, she had even gifted me my very own tiara for the inconvenience 🥹 :')

To end off I just want to reiterate what a pleasure it was to have these people as my dress provider! Their dedication to customer service is honestly so refreshing and I made it a point to recommend them to all my friends (well the ones who can stomach the trip from NW London to Sussex). To anyone who is thinking of coming here, please do! I can vouch that you will not regret it!

Couldn’t fault the experience of this lovely bridal shop! They came to my rescue after I had been let down by another bridal shop with less than 2 months until my wedding! Nothing was too much hassle! Such a great choice in gorgeous dresses which was such a relief as I managed to find a very similar dress to my original dress! Thank you soooo much!!

I bought my prom dress from them in 2022 and I still love my dress today. Very nice and helpful staff who made me feel welcome. Would definitely recommend.

Dudu & the team are amazing! So friendly, welcoming and genuinely lovely people. They have such a big collection of beautiful wedding dresses to choose from. I went to a few different dress shops & this is by far the best one. I found a dress that I loved on their website, made an appointment, tried it on (along with 20 or so others!!!) and the rest was history. I found my dream dress with the help of Dudu, thank you so much! You can really tell that Dudu & the team genuinely love what they do, and it’s shows in the high class service they provide. Would highly recommend this shop to help you find your dream dress! I wish I could do it all again!

Absolutely fantastic! The ladies were amazing , attentive and caring ! They made me feel a million dollars ! 100% recommend we drove over an hour to the shop received a lovely warm welcome and a nice cup of tea ! I brought my dress from here it was off the rack as I only have less than 12 weeks . Soooo much choice!! the team were super helpful and did a fantastic job at finding exactly what I wanted . Sadly I didn't find 'the dress' at this store but what a lovely experience. Dudu and her team were patient and encouraging. They even suggested a custom made gown for my desired look. Thank you very much for being so lovely.

Wow! what can I say about Dudu and the team and Couture and Tiaras? Amazing? Outstanding? Attentive? Knowledgeable? All this and much much more! From shopping for my dress to delivering my dresses, the team have gone above and beyond to help make our day super special. I LOVED my bridal gown and bridesmaid dresses!

There is a vast amount of dresses to try on so you can find the perfect one to suit your body type. I got to try on soo many dresses including ball gowns, fish tails and A lines, looked at veils and accessories. I felt like a princess! Dudu also helped pick out the perfect tiara to suit my dress and veil.

I cannot recommend the team here enough! A perfect wedding experience!
