I had such a lovely experience at Butterfly Bridal, from the the initial phone call to the minute I walked in both Meg and Nicky were so friendly and welcoming, I felt completely relaxed at total ease and in good hands.
Such a lovely bridal boutique with the most beautiful dresses, I was slightly nervous not having tried on any wedding dresses before but they were so good at picking out dresses for me to try on by listening and discussing the kind of styles and ideas I had in mind and giving me advice.
Thanks to both Meg and Nicky who made the whole experience so special, I left having found my absolute dream dress, I couldn’t be happier!
I couldn’t of done it without both of their assistance, guidance and patience!

What an incredible experience! Having been badly let down by a previous boutique, I found Butterfly Boutique in a state of panic and desperation. From the very first email exchange with Rachel, I felt my sanity begin to restore. Eager to help and wonderfully sympathetic, Rachel and her team went out of their way (and usual opening hours!!) to find me an appointment. When I spoke to Nicky on the phone before the appointment she was incredibly kind, reassuring and attentive and turned me from a somewhat frantic fiend into an excited and hopeful bride to be.
Arriving at the boutique was like walking into a sanctuary and Nicky had completely understood what I was looking for. She gently and expertly guided me through a few dresses, but intuitively knew which one was for me. Ever so happily and with great relief I agreed to buy a dress that is far, far superior to the first. Even if I hadn’t found THE dress today, my review would be saying the same things. Nicky made me feel so heard and important and she understood how stressful the last few weeks had been. There was no pressure and just a genuine desire and I to help. I cannot find the words to recommend this boutique highly enough.

I cannot thank the team at Butterfly Bridal Boutique enough! From speaking with Rachel initially to arrange the appointment and discuss ideas, to trying on oh so many dresses with Meg at the boutique, they've been nothing but welcoming. It being my first time trying on wedding dresses, I was slightly nervous and not sure what to expect, but from start to finish Meg put me at ease and had me relaxed in no time. Absolutely amazing experience purchasing my wedding dress from Butterfly Bridal. I would highly recommend them for any bride looking for a dress.

The initial phone call with Nicky was lovely. We discussed the style of wedding, what type of dresses I’d looked at previously and what my must haves were in my perfect dress. I had also shared the dresses I’d seen on their website, so that I could see them first when I came for my appointment.

I was nervous coming to my appointment, but Nicky put me at ease from start to finish. I was expertly guided through my choices of dresses. Nicky was great at listening to what I was liking and not liking, which allowed her to pull dresses that she thought suited the style of dress I wanted. I was always given the time to look at myself in the dress first to see what I thought and felt like, before opening the curtains to show my family.

I found my perfect dress, which was completely different to what I thought I wanted! I can’t wait to wear my dream dress for my special day. Thank you Nicky and Butterfly Bridal!

My experience with Butterfly Bridal was wonderful. From the initial phone call with Rachel, trying on the dresses and finally collecting my dress I felt so relaxed and looked after. I was a tricky bride for them asking to combine my late mothers dress with my new dress and also surprising them with a pregnancy announcement. Rachel and her team were so lovely, respectful and took the time to go through it all and work out a plan. I would, and already have, highly recommend Butterfly Bridal to future brides looking for their dream experience of finding the perfect dress.

I had such a wonderful experience at Butterfly Bridal! From the moment I booked my appointment Rachel was so kind and welcoming and really took time to find out what I might I like.
Being a plus size bride the idea of wedding dress shopping was filling me with anxiety but I really didn't need to worry with Rachel and her team. I was able to try on gowns in a size that fitted me and Megan and Nicky, my consultants on the day, were incredible at finding gowns to suit my shape and personality and made me feel at ease and not under any pressure at all. I really enjoyed the whole experience and wasn't limited on choice based on sizes stocked. I found my perfect wedding dress (a style I'd never even considered) thanks to the amazing people at Butterly Bridal! Thank you for allowing me to be the beautiful bride I've always hoped to be! Xx

My review is long overdue and I’m sorry for that.
A bit of a story, I bought my first wedding dress over 2 years ago in London and as a lots of other people, our wedding has been postponed an extra year and half.
With a big surprise and unexpected I got pregnant and as result my dress will not fit me on the day. So 6 weeks before the wedding I had to find other dress which is very difficult because I didn’t know how big I will be and if bridal shop will have another dress that I will love.
With a lot of stress and anxiety, I started to panic booked appointments. And I found this little shop (found online but also been recommended to me by couple other people)
Rachel was absolutely lovely over the emails. She was asking me a lot of questions to make sure that I don’t loose some precious time in the wrong shop. But compare to other shops (at least 3 others in that period of time) the Butterfly bridal boutique was very very understanding, relaxed me and I felt amazingly confortable! Very flexible for appointments!
All the ladies had lovely feedback with their experience and guided me well with my condition.
Found my beautiful second wedding dress. Felt very pretty on the day and had a lot of amazing compliments from my guests !
Absolutely loved my experience with the butterfly bridal boutique, I have already started to recommend this shop and will carry on to recommend it !
