The Bridal Lounge

From our first contact with The Bridal Lounge, the weekend after we were engaged, to the pick up of items a few days before the wedding, these guys were a dream to deal with. Caring, attentive and with an eye for detail they truly care about their customers. Nothing was too much trouble, they have a massive selection of dresses and accessories and will cater to every budget, plus they don't make you feel awkward when something is out of your price range or go for the hard sell, exactly what every bride to be needs! I can't recommend them enough!

Amazing customer service throughout every aspect. Lovely selection of dresses, and the staff were so welcoming and nice it made it such a great experience! They had really good tips and were selecting dresses to try that they thought would look good and they were right. Would highly recommend!

Staff were nice enough, but there wasn’t much choice of prom dresses. A lot were quite old fashioned and larger sizes which given the girls are 15-16, it took quite a few out of the equation. We were left to look around but felt a bit pushed into a decision. I’m glad I made the decision to get to another shop, where we did get fixed up

This was the first bridal shop I visited and couldn’t have had a better experience. All of the staff were absolutely lovely and the selection of dresses were amazing. I said ‘yes to the dress’ here and right the way through to collecting my dress the communication was brilliant. Any little question I had they answered really quickly and were more than happy to help.

What a fabulous experience we had buying my daughters prom dress. This is the 2nd dress we've had from here as my other had her prom 5 years ago. From the minute we walked in we were bespokely attended to. We were shown a fantastic variety of dresses to choose from. Both Ella and the other amazing assistant I think was Laura, were so helpful and supportive. Brilliant. Amazing family feel. Can't recommend this shop enough.

We visited today to get my daughter her prom dress. Staff were brilliant, warm welcoming and put her a ease straight away. So much choice. Dresses were all beautiful a difficult choice, and Jess and Pat were so attentive. Brilliant service xxx

From the moment we walked through the doors the customer service was impeccable! We were greeted with a smile by a lovley young lady who was then joined by the owner, I felt totally at ease and comfortable whilst admiring the beautiful selection of wedding gowns. Their knowledge and expertise was faultless! I said YES!!! to the dress at the bridal lounge and I am totally in love with my wedding gown 💕
