I visited Suffolk Bridal Outlet today to find a veil and hair piece to match my dress. I knew from the moment I spoke to Louise on the phone that she was so kind and helpful and even more so in person! Nothing was too much trouble to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. I probably could have stayed there all day just to chat as she is so lovely and so knowledgeable and I couldn't recommend her more! Thank you so much Louise ❤ from Oni x

What a wonderful experience I had today. I had a dress from 3 years ago (wedding cancelled due to covid) that Louise allowed me to bring into the shop, she helped me try it on and fall back in love with it.
She found me a stunning veil and was not at all pushy with sales. It’s clear this woman loves her job and is very good at it. She really went above and beyond to help me, she taught me how to look after my dress, gave me a new bag and coat hanger for free and made some helpful recommendations for alterations too.
The shop is beautiful, clean and comfortable.
We were all very impressed with the whole experience.
