I went to Blossom Bridal to find a wedding dress, although I didn't leave with one Sophie was amazing in helping me find out what style suits me best, and giving me that extra bit of confidence as well as advice I needed to find the one! It was a wonderful experience, the dresses were all beautiful quality and the range of colours for the bridesmaids dresses is great! Perfect for my colourful wedding!

The Blossom team were brilliant in helping me to find a dress that I loved and felt comfortable in. I was a little nervous when I was first trying on dresses but Sophie really helped to put me at ease. I really was not sure what I was looking for and she picked out a wide range of dresses for me to try and to narrow down what I liked. The dress I ended up choosing I would never have picked out on my own, it looked so different on the hanger but when I tried it on I absolutely fell in love with it!
As well as being lovely, welcoming and having great intuition for the styles which would suit me and my bridesmaids, the team also handled the practical side brilliantly. I actually picked out my dress the weekend before we first went into lockdown and so there were subsequent challenges with factory shutdowns, shop closures due to Covid restrictions. This could all have been very stressful in the run up to the wedding but Sophie handled it incredibly and kept us up to date throughout.

I cannot recommend Blossom Bridal highly enough, five stars just isn’t enough. I went to Blossom today after having initially chosen a dress elsewhere that fell through. The store itself is lovely, there is somehow a homely quality to it in the absolute best way (I suspect a huge amount of that feeling comes from the vibes from the staff), but also the layout and decor. I felt right at home. Sophie was so amazing at understanding the situation and my associated mindset coming into the appointment, as well as managing the concerns of a plus size bride. No fuss or judgement, just love, understanding and a chilled fun vibe. We all had an absolutely lovely time during the appointment, lots of laughs and very much a feeling of being amongst friends. Sophie and the other staff were all super helpful and honest and not pushy at all. It was the epitome of what I wanted out of a bridal shopping experience, and unknowingly hadn’t experienced before. Due to my previous experience I had hesitations over committing to a dress, but Sophie was so understanding and more than anything wanted to help me feel beautiful and empowered to make the choice I wanted whatever that may be. I’ve physically walked away with a sale sample gown and I’m beaming from ear to ear. The only disappointment is that because Sophie was so amazing and efficient I don’t need to go back for another appointment. But I definitely feel like I could pop in to say hi next time I’m in the area.. Thank you so much to Sophie and team for giving me such a special experience which included the happy tears I didn’t think I would experience.

Wonderful staff, excellent choice of dresses and such a relaxed, fun dress experience! My sister in law purchased her wedding dress and I purchased my bridesmaid dress from here. Great prices as well! Would recommend 100% 10 out of 10 ladies!

had some issues with my dress being shipped but the staff had no problem sorting it out and getting my dress for prom :) they were also so friendly and helpful x

Booked in for a suit hire on Saturday. Never done anything like this before. The ladies were very helpful. They taught me how it all works and how to wear everything. They listen well and went to find some very interesting shirts for me which I also purchased. Thank you for all the help.

I went in to try on a couple dresses with my friend, the staff were not very welcoming, whilst trying on dresses there was marks of either tan or makeup on the dress and the lady dealing with me went and spoke to her colleague pointing at me saying I was the one who put the marks on the dress. She then came over the me and accused me and said we need to re book however I didn’t wear fake tan or makeup, very rude staff, also said to my friend that her opinion did not matter!

Today I said yes to my dress. Absolutely lovely members of staff, they was all so helpful and friendly! I felt so comfortable and at home when trying on dresses, had a lovely time and honestly I cannot wait to go back and try on my dress when it’s ready!
